Sheldon Poon and his tour guides were absolutely phenomenal! They made the trip very meaningful. Can’t say enough good things about them. They were all very attentive. Very professional. The trip was wonderful and MCI made us feel secure and safe. If there was ever a glitch that came up (itinerary changes, sight-seeing additions, bus driver, etc.) Sheldon and his staff began immediately to correct the situation. They were always right on top of things and seemed to anticipate what the group needed. I would be happy to serve as a reference!
