1. Gradually adjust your sleep schedule, going to bed earlier or later during the week prior to departure, so your body is closer to the clock of your destination.
2. Avoid caffeine and alcohol and drink lots of water on your flight.
3. Upon arrival, exercise (this can mean a stroll around town) rather than give in to the temptation to nap (unless you arrive first thing in the morning).
4. Stop thinking about what time it is back home!
