The Union of European Football Associations - is the governing body of football on the continent of Europe. UEFA’s core mission is to promote, protect and develop European football at every level of the game, to promote the principles of unity and solidarity, and to deal with all questions relating to European football. UEFA is an association of associations based on representative democracy, and is the governing body of European football.

In 2008, the European Championship Tournament takes place from June 7 - 29th in central Europe. The major host cities are Vienna, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Zurich, Berne and Geneva.

Why do we post this on our blog? Imagine the Super Bowl lasting an entire month and how that might effect the price of lodging in and around the host city. We want our clients to be aware of this event far in advance so we can either plan around this by being flexible with travel dates or avoid any conflicts altogether by looking at alternative cities in which to tour and perform.
